Leonard S. Black is CEO of Black Consulting Services, LLC of Orlando, Florida. Former Director of DEPTCOR, the correctional industry arm of the New Jersey Department of Corrections, Len is a past president of the Correctional Industries Association and remains actively involved in this national organization. Len has been a member of the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Chapter of the American Correctional Association and was a director in the Trenton Chapter of the Association of Government Accountants. Black also served at the request of the Governor on the board of the Commodities and Services Council which oversees work opportunities for blind and handicapped workshops in the state. In his capacity at Black Consulting Services, Black provides services to government and private sector organizations in Florida and New Jersey. Black is a graduate of Elizabethtown College, Elizabethtown, PA. He received his Masters Degree in Public Administration from Rutgers University in 1992.

Margaret Sneddon is a retired professional harpist who studied with Ruth Negri Armato, of the New York Philharmonic Orchestra. In addition to a busy schedule of weddings, concerts, special events, and teaching, Sneddon played in an orchestra for numerous musical theater productions and was a frequent church soloist. She was the onboard harp soloist forSeven Seas Cruise Lines and also played for Celebrity and the American Queen Steamboat Company. Sneddon was on the staff of Mozartina Musical Arts Conservatory and was the founder and director of the Hudson Harp Consort. She is a Certified Therapeutic Music Practitioner and worked with New York Presbyterian Hospital, Rosary Hill Cancer Care Center, and Phelps Hospice.

Before focusing on her career as a musician, Sneddon had a successful consulting practice for small businesses. Her service included setting up a bookkeeping system for her clients and training them to use it. Sneddon also prepared monthly profit-and-loss reports that analyzed strengths and identified areas of weakness. She prepared all business and personal taxes for her clients, and represented them at tax audits, business closeouts, and sales.

After expanding her business to 60 clients, Sneddon sold it so that she could direct her energy towards creating a successful musical career.

A native of Vero Beach, Florida, Craig E. Schlitt graduated from the Florida State University School of Business, majoring in Real Estate and worked for several years in residential and commercial real estate throughout Indian River County. Craig then resided in both Atlanta, Georgia and the San Francisco Bay area, working in the hospitality industry at renowned hotels until he returned to Florida and worked as a real estate administrator, managing an office on Hutchinson Island.

Craig became a full-time caregiver when his youngest sister needed help raising her son and daughter throughout their childhood, discovering that this was his most rewarding work by far seeing them grow into talented young adults. Craig also cared for his mother in her later years as she suffered from Alzheimer s disease. Currently, Craig is an active board member of his Homeowners Association, helping to manage the development where he resides. In recent years, Craig enjoys volunteering his time caring for the elderly and working on meaningful Vero Beach community projects aimed at improving people's lives.

Jenn Kite is the current Board Chair of Film Vero, and the Vero Beach Film Festival in Vero Beach, FL as well as an active, top producing Realtor with Alex MacWilliam Real Estate. In addition, she is a devoted mother to her young daughter and many pets. After graduating with her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Florida State University where she was President of Kappa Alpha Theta sorority, she returned to Vero Beach where she met then married Kelly Kite Jr.. She enjoys supporting members of the community in a variety of ways, from the Arts to the PTA, as well as the Indian River Land Trust and youth sports. She and her family enjoy traveling, and do so as often as possible. Their most cherished destination is Lake Garda, Italy.

Jill A. Hargrave is Founder and President of EagleVision Productions, Inc. (EVP), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit production company, incorporated in New Jersey in 1997. Hargrave based EVP on the PBS model of raising production costs for projects that align with EVP's mission and providing documentaries and TV programs free-of-charge to Public Television stations for distribution to local PBS affiliates nationwide and other multimedia outlets. This entails creating a budget for the project, writing proposals, and raising the funds to begin filming from a variety of sources, including government grants, corporate and family foundations, and private individuals.
